Becky: I have three amazing children and I call them “Mis Tres Amores,” which means “My Three Loves” because to be a mother is LOVE. Being a mother has changed my life in so many ways, making me stronger, my faith has grown 100%, and every step I take in my life is for the future of my kids and their happiness. My message to all the working mothers out there: Love and tell your kids every day, like if there is no tomorrow, how much you love them and that they are the most important person/people in your life, and I can promise you that they will treasure and remember this close in their hearts forever!

Ines: Being a mother is a blessing, a gift of God and a challenge too, as there is never a dull moment. You are either happy or worried - but it’s still a blessing. There is nothing your child does that you don’t either get a smile on your lips or angered, as that comes with the package. But never give up as we moms never do. It´s always a new day, with its own new things, so don’t worry about tomorrow, as today has its own challenges. God Bless :)
Zeida: Loving someone like you’ve never loved anyone, it means being a superhero for that little one. It makes my life complete, my daughter means the world to me. Being a mom is tough especially if you are a working mom, but it’s the best thing that could ever happen to women. You might sacrifice many of your wants, but at the end it’s all worth it!
Vicky: For me, being a mother is the most fulfilling endeavor, art, and career… you must be a combination of things and have many skills… I think Universities or Colleges should require a Parenthood course prior to graduation. Some are natural nurtures; others are not and we all pass on to our kids the patterns we have learnt from our parents, environment and social groups; and some of these are not positive. It is possible to overcome all the challenges that working mothers face, that anything is possible and that it is always possible with tenacity and effort, but above all, as mothers, not to lose the balance between discipline and love. Just reason out and explain to your kids the “house and behavior rules”. Discipline is the handlebar which helps them while they can walk on their own and learn to take their own decisions.

Andrea and Ananta: Every day, a Mother is born to the Child that comes to awaken her. For me, Motherhood is a sacred journey. It means unconditionally giving your body, mind, heart and Soul to the littlest, yet wisest teacher you will ever have in life. Being a Mother IS Being In Love! Before being a mom, I didn’t know you could love someone so much, and such a little person at that! It also means learning how to love your Self first, so you can love your children more.
